I have 25+ years of marketing experience and started CMR Inc with a simple approach – treat the customer’s goals and budget as it if were mine using my creativity and experience to gain results and reduce costs. Born in Berlin Germany, with a driving need to succeed and initiate change that is an easy goal for me to obtain! My background: I helped West Kentucky Bank branch out over multiple counties building 3 facilities with new branding and grow to become a top 10 financial institution in Kentucky. I worked with an automotive dealership in a tri-state area with 6 vehicle lines to decrease marketing costs and increase sales. I turned to radio as the sales & marketing manager for 5 radio stations for several years then built my first company, iSurfHopkins in 2008. It was a purely online local newspaper focused on SEO and local news, which was featured on CNN Nancy Grace Nightline, Metro Nashville, Evansville, and Clarksville TV stations, as well as Google News. We were profitable and ranked ONE in all search engines in 9 months. I sold my stock and turned to CMR Inc in 2011.

Kate Stanley

Kate graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2011 where she obtained a BFA in Graphic Design. Kate has numerous best of show and award-winning work and is the real shining star behind the launch of this company, as with her all things are possible and are dynamic as well as intuitive. Her graphic design skill is exceptional and she has inspired me to keep moving forward and thinking ahead. I am proud to say she is my daughter as well. You will see her work in many of our projects. She is a board member and the Vice President in charge of all Graphics & Website Design here at CMR, Inc.

Jessica Pickard

You can call Jessica a modern-day Jedi; she will help bring your Internet presence out of the dark side. Graduating from Murray State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management she took on a Management position for a Sprint Store in Paducah, KY. In those 3 years, Jessica trained her employees on the importance of working hard and listening to your customers. Jessica has been in sales and delivering top-notch customer services for over 10 years and continues to grow her skills every day! We brought Jessica on as an Account Executive, because her primary focus is to put the customer first and is dedicated to client’s company growth. After working for CMR Inc. for a couple of months’ we moved Jessica into a Project Manager Position. She works hand in hand with Marion, developing new innovative structures and is in charge of our projects. If you ever have an issue give her a call...like Batman she will answer. Zack graduated in 2014 from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in CIT. From Programming to Technical Support there is no end to this man's talents. We are fortunate to have him on the team. Many of the custom sites in our portfolio have been created by Zack. What he does with our technical support for your business often goes unnoticed but is a crucial part of getting the job done. Every website project starts and ends at his desk. He is also the programmer behind our CMR Easy News Program, which makes it as easy as sending an email to add content and photos to your website.

Tammy Bowles one of our top Account Sales Executives is always smilin’ and dialin’. She has an upbeat personality and a genuine care about your online presence. She will always make sure to provide her customers the best opportunity and package, while being informative. Extremely observant to detail and how potential clients look online. Her research abilities will have our customer’s issues in hand before ever placing a call. Tammy’s focus in college was in the laboratory technician field with an apprenticeship in forensic autopsies. Presently working as a Forensic Pathology Assistant, she finds the time in her busy schedule to speak to customers. A woman with several aptitudes that include backgrounds in insurance sales, marketing, and project managing. Formulating a power house in sales for Complete Marketing Resources, Inc. When she’s not working with her account clients or forensic cases, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters MaCallister and Mallory. Motherhood and providing for her family have always driven her to success. Tammy is Complete Marketing Resources, Inc. secret weapon, the triple threat of sales.

Karen Orange

Typing at a high rate of speed, the wild wild west of CMR Inc. has not witnessed a faster or more accurate key board slinger. Quick on the draw Karen Orange has been a key element on CMR Inc team for many years. With her quickness and attention to detail, we will get your website out fast and less error. When Karen is not typing away, she is working at her other jobs for Owensboro Health Multicare registering patients and doing some light typing for her author friend who writes and publishes fictional novels. In her free time she catches up on her weekly TV/Movies, goes to the gym, hangs out with her family and friends, and loving on her two kitties, Smokey and

Hannah Jones

Originally from Whitesville, KY Hannah Jones is a 2018 Western Kentucky University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. She assists with the marketing needs of CMR and our clients. Hannah is currently working towards her Google Ad Certifications so that she can better serve you. In her free time she can be found exploring local coffee and donut shops, curled up with a book, or binge watching The Office.

Cora Lee

Cora is from Louisville, Kentucky and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor's in Advertising in 2017. Cora worked in the Real Estate industry as a one-stop shop for all digital marketing needs for both the company and agents. Here at CMR, she assists with graphic and web design. During her free time, you can catch her watching the latest titles on Netflix, taking her dog on walks, or out disc golfing with friends.
